Parts of the Especs evaluation training modules will be web-based and can be delivered in a decentralised manner, with trainees remaining in their respective workplaces. This enables trainees to experiment and utilise the Especs modules from any place.

However, the essence of the training is the active interaction between the trainer, the trainee and selected stakeholders in the class-room and in the field. Especs will ensure that those modules of the course that require personal contact and communication in our training centre in Ede (The Netherlands), or at a desired site of the client-organisation in the context of an on-demand evaluation training, or in the field, will be conducted accordingly. Web-based communication will add to the interaction opportunities between the stakeholders.
